“Effective Hospitals” is an annual international professional conference organized by HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE o.p.s. It is one of the largest healthcare conferences in the Czech Republic. Participants include leading politicians, hospital founders, and top management from hospitals and health insurance companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as healthcare management experts from European Union member states. The conference focuses on strategy, safety, efficiency, and quality in healthcare. Among the politicians attending are Prime Minister Andrej Babiš, Minister of Health Adam Vojtěch, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Aleš Juchelka, Minister of Industry and Trade Karel Havlíček, and Regional Governor Martin Kuba; representatives of healthcare organizations include Milan Kubek, President of the Czech Medical Chamber, and Roman Šmucler, President of the Czech Dental Chamber.

The conference will take place on November 24–25 at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague.
